Oath Kisspeptin-10 specifications

The Kisspeptin-10 sequence, its terminal amide and its molecular identifiers, with the CAS number on Oath’s packaging distinguished from the database entry.

Two CAS entries, kept separate

Oath’s Kisspeptin-10 packaging shows CAS 388138-21-4, while the DrugMAP DMDL21W record identifies Kisspeptin-10 with CAS 374675-21-5. The table distinguishes the printed packaging value from the database identifier. The molecular formula and molar mass below accompany the database entry. A CAS number is a registry identifier; it does not encode the residue sequence in its digits.

Read all ten residue positions

The complete written sequence is H-Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH2. Reading from left to right gives tyrosine, asparagine, tryptophan, asparagine, serine, phenylalanine, glycine, leucine, arginine and phenylalanine. The single-letter rendering is YNWNSFGLRF-NH2. The three-letter form makes each residue position explicit, while the shorter form presents the same ordering in a compact line.

The compact sequence uses W for tryptophan, Y for tyrosine and N for asparagine. In its final five positions, F-G-L-R-F corresponds to phenylalanine, glycine, leucine, arginine and phenylalanine. The terminal NH2 suffix sits outside those five residue letters and records the amide. Each letter represents a residue, while the suffix describes the chemical ending.

Numbered Kisspeptin-10 residue chain with terminal amide
The chain continues across the upper row, then returns across the lower row. Positions 1–10 match the table; the C-terminal amide is marked beside position 10.

Repeated residues have distinct positions

Asparagine appears at positions 2 and 4. Phenylalanine occupies positions 6 and 10. Those repeated residue names do not collapse the chain into fewer positions: each has a separate place in the ten-residue sequence. In the diagram, the numbered boxes preserve that ordering even when the chain turns onto its second row. Glycine at position 7, leucine at position 8 and arginine at position 9 precede the final phenylalanine.

The H– at the beginning of the written sequence marks the N terminus. At the opposite end, –NH₂ denotes the C-terminal amide. The amide is attached at the final residue; it is not an eleventh residue. Its notation belongs with the sequence whenever the terminal modification is described.

Formula and molar mass describe the composition

The formula C63H83N17O14 records 63 carbon atoms, 83 hydrogen atoms, 17 nitrogen atoms and 14 oxygen atoms. The corresponding molar mass is 1302.4 g/mol. A formula states elemental counts; the residue table adds their ordered chemical arrangement. Keeping both descriptions alongside the terminal-amide notation gives a more complete identifier set than the product name alone.

Analytical figures answer separate questions

In HPLC-UV, a column separates the components and a UV detector records their peaks. An area-based purity figure compares the principal peak with the total integrated peak area. It describes the measured chromatogram. Mass spectrometry instead checks molecular mass, supporting comparison with the stated molecular identity. These are different analytical measurements, so a certificate’s method names belong beside its figures.

If Oath’s index lists a Kisspeptin-10 certificate, read that document for the methods attached to its sample. The Kisspeptin COA guide explains the document’s batch and accession fields.

Vial options and ordering prices

Oath’s vial sizes are 5 mg, 10 mg, with pricing from $50.00 before shipping. SUPER gives 20% off a first order; SUPER15 gives 15% off any order. Open the product listing to select a vial option, then enter the applicable code in the coupon field at Oath’s checkout. The Kisspeptin coupon prices show both code amounts before shipping.
